KC528 Digital Precision Spun Yarn Winding Machine
Mainly suitable for precision forming and winding of single or multi-strand such as cotton, wool and polyester.
(1) It can be used for doubling yarn, after adding some more devices;
Applied to doubling 1~6 plied yarns, such as DTY, staple yarn.
(2) Optional: yarn doubling by precision tension control.
Features
A. All positions are driven individually by a 36V DC motor for lowest power consumption and reduced operating cost;
B. Electronic adjustment of winding parameters such as a stroke length and taper angle optimizes package formation;
C. Automatically controlled contact presssure of the package cradle for improved operation;
D. Fluff removal via a blower during winding maintains the machine elements and keeps fluff off vital machine parts.
