KC215AB Electronic Yarn Guide (Assembly) Winder
Mainly suitable for yarn plying and assembly winding process of polyester, nylon, polypropylene and other chemical fiber filament, as well as cotton, wool and staple fiber yarns.
Features
A. The use of electronic yarn guide molding, so that the forming length, edge closing angle, forming cross angle, winding density and other settings related to yarn quality can be arbitrarily adjusted;
B. The machine is equipped with functions such as self-stop when yarn is broken, automatic length counting, and self-stop when bobbin is full;
C. A tension sensor is specially designed and installed for winding to automatically control the overfed yarn feeding speed or tension grid tension to ensure that the winding has a relatively constant and consistent winding tension;
D. The simple and reasonalbe design of the yarn structure and the configuration of the refueling device make the machine beautiful, atmospheric and functional, which can meet the processing of a variety of products.
